Gentlemen, I just wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding transaction I just completed with your company and the superb performance of Chris Sauls. I had recently done a search on car-part.com and was fortunate to come across the part I had been searching for almost a year, a used 1999 BMW engine. Chris responded immediately to my request for a quote, answered my e-mail questions timely, completely and during non-business hours. He provided me pictures of the engine so I could see what I was buying. Everything was so different with this purchase from anything I had ever experienced buying car parts, that I was highly skeptical that this was too good to be true…but it wasn't!

The engine was delivered relatively quickly and slightly ahead of the promised date. My mechanic who received the engine had warned me that buying an engine over the internet was risky because you never really know what you are buying until you receive it and get into it. He called me when he received the engine and was thrilled with how complete it was, and other than a couple of cut harnesses had everything he needed to replace my engine. A day later he opened the engine up and shared with me how remarkably clean he thought it was, in his 30+ years in the business, he had never seen such a clean engine at this mileage for a BMW! The mechanic said it started on the first turn, and that all in all, I had made a terrific purchase.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your company and particularly Chris. Please congratulate him on a job extremely well done and offer him my thanks again. I definitely look forward to working with you into the future, the only issue that I see is that you don't have enough parts for all that I need!

Good Morning Mr Neil:

I have to take the time out to write to you regarding the kind of service I received from one of your employees. His name is Vinnie, pardon me for not taking his surname. Sir, I have been looking for a set of Tan seats for my 2004 Volvo C70 convertible and happened to call your store and was helped by Vinnie who promised to send me pictures just as soon as it stopped raining, that was yesterday.

This morning I got a message on my phone informing me that the color was light gray instead of the Tan i was looking for. You might wonder why this is a big deal, but to me this is the kind of customer service that more businesses need. You see I have been calling all over the country trying to find these seats and many stores promised to send me pictures and never did, its great that an employee can understand the importance of the customer to rhe success of a business..

Upon return of Vinnie's call he took the time out to try to find other stores that might have what I was looking for. Sir, this is excellent customer service. I am a research scientist who deal with companies sales department trying to find raw material and compared to some of the people you speak to in various customer service department I think Vinnie deserves a WOW award.
